major nero stan alert. so glad this opened on thayer st so i can basically move in to my second home. servers here are so hospitable, manager needs to chill out seems a bit stressed about the opening, but i appreciate the hard work nonetheless. love my protein smoothies from here and the refreshers. today i got a vegan breakfast sandwich on gluten free bread and it SLAPPED didn’t taste vegan, didn’t upcharge me for the gluten free bread, didn’t fall apart or crumble. highly recommend.

I ordered the cafe frappe, caramel flavored and the blt sourdough. The frappe was not what I expected ( more frothy/foamy than thick), but still good. The blt was good.

The service was superb and I was really surprised at the quality of the coffee! The server, Jo, went above and beyond, talking me through what I was looking for, and it was perfect!! I haven't had coffee that good since I was in Europe! They really know what they are doing there. Thank you, JO! Everyone was really nice, and the new space is airy and plenty of seating, BUT I would've given 5 stars if they had the books! Nero needs books!!! Then, *chef's kiss*, perfection.

It’s a great and cute place to work! Comfortable spot to take a laptop and work. Staff was super nice. I did not like my London fog from here though. Maybe some places make a different version?

The servers here are so kind! I was here for their opening free drinks event and accidentally ordered the wrong drink, and they replaced it for no charge. Absolute lifesaver for my broke self. Also, the drink was lovely and the atmosphere was super cute!

The food was great. The service was great. It’s right in the middle of Thayer so it gets pretty busy in the middle of the day but overall really nice environment. Really nice place lots of good seating. Lots of good food. Good coffee.
